Strategically located in Newcastle, County Down, Paul Devlin Mechanical Services have capacity and resources to service the clients in Ireland and across the UK. Paul Devlin Mechanical Services has undertaken a large range of commercial projects across many sectors both in Ireland and the UK.
As a national mechanical building services contractor, we provide a comprehensive range of mechanical building services to many of the Ireland and the UK’s, consistently delivering projects that create minimum disruption but the maximum impact for businesses and people to thrive.
- Design: Mechanical engineering design, including 2D/3D CAD modelling, FEA, CFD and production of engineering drawings and specifications.
- Manufacture: Packaged plantrooms, modular pipework units, pipe prefabrication from stainless/carbon steel - we work closely with customers on projects that require long term off-site manufacturing. With designated areas on our premises, we support the rapid and efficient construction of utility frames and modules. Once completed, these are then either stored on-site until required, or transported to their final location for installation.
- Installation: Commercial and industrial mechanical systems within large scale projects from apartment blocks to student accommodation, office blocks, hospitals. Our installation engineers all hold safety passports, highly trained, reliable and are committed to providing our clients with the best service. We are continually investing in our staff to keep them up to date with their training.

Paul Devlin Mechanical Services provides a full plumbing and heating service incorporating design, installation and the project management of; underfloor and radiator heating systems, vented or unvented systems, gas installations, public health drainage systems and ventilation systems.
Our plumbing services include premium finishes to both bathrooms and kitchens utilising cutting edge technologies and sanitary ware of exceptional quality.
Our staff also have in-house specialism in commercial and residential installations of air conditioning, public health and controls. We have also provided clients with prefabricated solutions to aim program delivery including plant rooms, risers, pods and HIU cupboards.

- Ventilation – General fresh air systems, dirty extract, kitchen extract, dedicated extract, smoke extract, heat recovery, variable air volume and constant air volume systems.
- Air conditioning – Chilled water systems, LTHW systems, DX refrigeration and VRV cooling systems, fan coil units.
- Domestic and public health services – Hot water generation, hot water distribution, boosted cold water, mains cold water, pumped drainage and general waste services
- LTHW heating – Commercial central heating systems, gas and oil-fired boilers, boiler plantroom installations, vented and unvented systems.

- Testing and commissioning – Working with our specialist suppliers, we undertake full testing, commissioning and validation of all water and air systems. These are compiled and issued to our clients in a detailed report format, also forming part of a project’s O and M Manual.
